As an experiment only, I asked it to scare up a legal template for me — All Purpose Commercial Transaction (Non-Real Estate) in Texas. Contract Template

Lawyers I was wondering how you think it did?
My first impression is that it contains all the “bells and whistles” have seen over and over and can recite in sleep.
It indexed to Texas Forms as well as to the UCC - Uniform Commercial Code.*
It did this in about twenty seconds. On my smart phone. From a park bench. At sunset.

# GENERAL AGREEMENT FOR NON-REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION
This General Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Insert Date] (the "Effective Date"), by and between:
