Guys, I joined the Grok 4 club and it’s super.
As an experiment only, I asked it to scare up a legal template for me — All Purpose Commercial Transaction (Non-Real Estate) in Texas. Contract Template
And here it is.
Lawyers I was wondering how you think it did?
My first impression is that it contains all the “bells and whistles” have seen over and over and can recite in sleep.
It indexed to Texas Forms as well as to the UCC - Uniform Commercial Code.*
It did this in about twenty seconds. On my smart phone. From a park bench. At sunset.
* Fun fact: In law school I spent an entire year in the employ of Matthew Bender (Lexis Nexis) and my assignment was to proofread and edit THE WHOLE UCC. This too have in my long term memory storage, and I also find in my sleep…
