Illegal Sex Bots, Working Url
The Cambridge University effort of 2016 [lawbot.info, non-working url]
Did I get your attention? Sorry, not what you think!
Are you all up on the #lawbot created in 2016 at Cambridge University [ok, fine, University of Cambridge] in 2016? lawbot.info (url no longer live)
Summary: Four creative and enterprising Cambridge students collaborated to produce a a lawbot designed to help victims of sexual violence. A most noble and needed cause for support. The need for assistance against the often esoteric language and paperwork of #lawyers was the pinch point to address. £300 was the budget.
Later on they pivoted from that use case in 2017 to Elexirr — a bot for case outcomes (www.elexirr.com, non-working url).
The work was that of Ludwig Bull, Rebecca Agliolo, Nadia Abdul, and Jozef Maruscak.
Ludwig making news these days w “CourtCorrect” or “Complaints AI from the Future” complaint management system. Like to see the pitch deck for a 3m seed? Here is that #pitchdeck from 2021
