I have written before about the “digital you” which already exists, and is mostly comprised from third party sources who are not you, and in many cases are not your friend nor even friendly to you.
Creditors, court records, credit reports, former business partners, disgruntled lovers or family members, online troll snarks which may be baseless, rumors.
Others are already creating a digital you. But are YOU creating your Digital You? Most have not even given it a thought, even in our advanced technological age.
Just imagine a day in the future when you are no longer here.
This is probably one of the hardest things for us to think, especially in detail.
Yet, those who are able to hold this thought in their minds, and reflect on it, find that it brings context and wisdom to their present life.
Beyond this is the question: Who will talk about me when I am no longer here?
