Totally agree with your take, I see a lot of founders promoting their AI agents and although is great branding, they ignore (maybe in a clueless way) the legal repercussions of the actions that an agent has.

It’s a huge hidden danger, immediately visible to most attorneys yet invisible to a developer. This is why I say nomenclature, words can have legal ramifications and dealing in ai means language!

Exactly! Many founders in the SAAS branch mostly will need lawyers to avoid these dangers. Or maybe lawyers in specific and complex business branches will start their own SAAS, what do you think about that?
